This series looks at seven famous ancient philosophers. This is just an introduction to ancient philosophy and the views of these philosophers. The philosophers that are included are Thales of Miletus, Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Epicurus, Seneca, and Sextus Empiricus. While this is not an exhaustive list of top ancient philosophers by any means, it includes the “Big Three,” a representative from each of the main schools: Skepticism, Epicurianism, and Stoicism and a pre-socratic philosopher!
